He currently practices in Las Vegas, Nevada with Envision Physician Services, staffing multiple emergency departments across the Valley Health System. A retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel and former Army officer, Dr. Spence brings two decades of military medical and aerospace experience to his civilian practice.
